SENIOR TAX LAWYER - FULL TIME OR PART TIME ROLE.
Join WA's pre-eminent boutique law firm and work with blue chip clients.
We advise Australia's most successful companies, individuals and family offices. Experienced tax lawyers are encouraged to apply for this role.
Salary: $150,000 - $1+0,000+ based on experience.
We are offering full time and part time roles, each role supporting those who wish to work from home (remote/hybrid) with the option to work from our impressive CBD office location at Level 23, 108 St Georges Terrace, Perth.

• Researching and advising on complex issues relevant to direct tax, indirect tax, estate law and trust law;
• Assisting clients with ATO engagement, including requests for information;
• Acting for clients in dispute with the ATO, including audits, objections, reviews and appeals;
• Drafting formal legal advice;
• Family Office advisory, estate planning and taxation advice;
• Succession planning for high net wealth family groups and business enterprises;
We are looking for the following attributes:
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Commercial acumen and client focus;
• Ability to lead, work autonomously and be part of our collaborative team environment; and
• Excellent technical, drafting and advisory skills.
Note - ATO experience (inclusive of Tax Counsel Network and/or Technical Leadership and Advice) is highly desired.
