Job Title : Technical Manager (Mortgage / Property Valuation)
Location : Rajasthan / Multi-state operations (Rajasthan & Madhya Pradesh)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Manager to oversee property valuation, technical due diligence, and field operations for mortgage and housing finance projects. The role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting business teams with accurate technical insights.
Key Responsibilities :
1*. Property Valuation & Technical Assessment:-*
Conduct detailed inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Prepare accurate valuation reports for Home Loans (HL) and Small Business Loans (SBL).
Analyze property documents such as Jamabandi, Khasra, and land records.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Provide realistic and market-aligned property valuations.
2. Field Operations & Site Management:-
Perform site visits across assigned regions/districts.
Verify property identification, boundaries, and legal status.
Conduct stage-wise inspections including part and final disbursement visits.
Supervise construction quality and progress where required.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:-
Manage and coordinate with empaneled vendors and valuers.
Conduct joint site visits with vendors for critical cases.
Ensure vendor reports meet quality and compliance standards.
4. Team Support & Training:-
Provide technical training and guidance to sales and operations teams.
Assist in resolving technical queries related to loan cases.
Support cross-functional teams in decision-making with technical insights.
5. Documentation & Compliance:-
Prepare and review technical reports, estimates, and valuation documents.
Ensure adherence to local authority regulations (UIT, Nagar Nigam, etc.).
Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.
6. Estimation & Technical Planning:-
Prepare cost estimates based on approved plans and site conditions.
Analyze construction drawings and methodologies.
Ensure projects align with IS codes and PWD standards.
Required Qualifications :-
B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of property valuation and construction practices.
Experience
3–6+ years in mortgage, housing finance, or construction-related roles
Experience in valuation, technical due diligence, and field inspections
Exposure to multi-location/state operations preferred
Key Skills:-
Property valuation & technical analysis.
Knowledge of land records (Bhulekh, MPIDC, etc.)
Construction supervision & estimation.
Vendor and stakeholder management.
Report writing and documentation.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
Knowledge of IS Codes and PWD BSR.
Preferred Attributes:-
