Skill to Evaluate:
Strong solution architecture design and development experience on Power Platform, SharePoint and Teams Apps development. Modern workplace solutions development using Microsoft 365 services and products.
M365 Tenant level Administration experience on Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Purview etc. Knowledge of power Platform Security basics, experience in setting up monitoring, Power Platform Tuning \/Optimization, Compliance and Licensing. Design ALM strategies for M365 environments. Leading the discussions with Business users and propose solution recommendations.

• Extensive design and Pro development experience with cloud platforms (Azure\/AWS).
• nM365 Tenant level Administration experience on Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Purview etc.
• Knowledge of power Platform Security basics, experience in setting up monitoring, Power Platform Tuning Optimization, Compliance and Licensing.
• Design ALM strategies for M365 environments.
• Good knowledge of MS products (e.g. Azure, Dynamics 365 etc.) integration.
• Leading the discussions with Business users and propose solution recommendations.
• Frontend development experience using JavaScript Typescript based frameworks (e.g. Angular, React etc.).
• Good communication skills (written and oral).
• Deliver architectural services, including guidance and conceptual design as well as technical and process innovations.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor less experienced technical members.
• Should be able to participate in pre-sales (RFPs, RFIs, RFXs) and have ability to articulate complex technical scenarios clearly.
• Very good analysis and troubleshooting skills
