Job Description
Technical Business Analyst You have solid analytical skills with ability to manipulate and analyse data from DB, scripts & API. You are a strong communicator and problem solver and able to engage with complex stakeholder groups. This position will have a key role in the successful delivery of data for the bank in our big data platform. Your Role & Responsibilities Analyse and synthe large amounts of information from differing sources to inform the future state Define features requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria with the customer experience and business goals in mind Document business/functional requirements and processes using standard analysis methodologies and tools Convert business requirements into functional designs using knowledge of system capabilities, rules, and architecture Conduct effective Agile ceremonies with a continuous improvement mindset around ways of working Consult with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to build a shared understanding of the problem and solution whilst providing support for scope and delivery decisions. Work closely with stakeholders and change management to identify impacts to business processes as a result of system or application changes Provide support and participate in testing activities ensuring adequate coverage Provide ongoing assistance to support teams for functionality released into production Manage conflicts, issues and risks to optimise the solution and ensure alignment to scope. The potential to take accountability for the prioritisation of the backlog, assignment and management of backlog items according to Agile principles including the review of work and deliverables throughout the process according to specified timeframes. Maintain a future-focussed technology mindset to deliver the best digital experiences for our clients whilst driving tech simplification Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
