What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is looking for a Senior Technical Content Writer. If you’re looking for an opportunity to join an innovative, fun, and fast-paced team where your contributions will have a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you! Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Roles and responsibilities:
Plan, analyze, and author high-quality technical documentation in easy-to-understand and simple language
Create user guides, API documentation, microcopies, tutorials, blog posts, release notes, video scripts, and more for multiple releases of one or more products
Work closely with various departments to understand project requirements and independently gather information from subject matter experts
Work better on deadlines
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in technical writing
Experience working with engineering to improve the user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams, across multiple geographies
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Intellectually curious and a learner for life
