What you'll do
• You will report to our Sr. Manager of Product Delivery to contribute towards creating deliverables including user and technical guides, release notes, on-demand web-based training, and video content
• Design information for both technical and non-technical audiences using organization techniques and graphics that make the documentation easy to navigate, scannable, searchable, and visually appealing
• Participate as an active member of multiple Agile development teams to determine scope and ensure accuracy of information
• Develop, edit, and publish content according to established standards and procedures

• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in English in a business environment
• More than 3 years experience as a technical writer
• Experience writing and designing technical documentation for software applications
• Experience creating and editing instructional videos and designing infographics
• Experience with content development tools (e.g. MadCap Flare)
