We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Support Engineer with a minimum of 4+ years of experience, ready to work in evening/night shift based on need and support multiple products. Should be able to meet below needs. This position is based out of our Ahmedabad location.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyzing & Responding to Customer Queries.
Reproducing issues reported by customers, providing them workarounds, ETA and fixes.
Work closely with product teams to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
Gather customer feature requests & document them for product teams to work on.
Take customer feedback to ensure the solution fits to customer needs.
Maintain high customer satisfaction.
Work on product installation, upgrades & migrations.
Creating a strong knowledge base.
Train customers and internal teams on product features.
Testing new features and bug fixes before customer release and provide feedback to product teams.
Preparing release documents.
Assisting Sales and Account Manager on customer issues.
Providing support on multiple products.
