Job Description
Partner with engineering counterparts, leadership and other Technical Program Managers to co-own the Customer Provisioning domain, lead associated programs and drive impact around scalability, self service, platform modularisation goals (amongst others)
In collaboration with your engineering stakeholders, you'll use your technical depth and product sense skills to contribute to the definition of the Customer Provisioning strategy, design, roadmap and subsequent streams of work for the Customer Provisioning product area.
You'll help scope and drive the execution of the Tenant platform-wide Provisioning programs - these will have a broad scope across the company and will include managing complex dependencies.
You'll analyse the current state of the Customer Provisioning platform and product components, business objectives, customer needs, product adoption inhibitors, and industry trends.
As one of the owners of the Customer Provisioning domain, you'll identify any inhibitors, issues or opportunities, and address them or find the right owners to take action.
Ensure translation of the strategy and platform/product requirements into technical requirements and solutions in collaboration with your partner teams and engineering counterparts.
Qualifications
Your background
5+ years recent experience collaborating with software teams to deliver technology platforms in similar relevant roles such as Technical Platform Product Manager, Technical/Software Program Manager, or Engineering/Development Manager
Experience in designing and building back end software systems/platforms, including tradeoffs, launching and scaling. Using this technical expertise and in partnership with your engineering stakeholders you'll be able to influence the backend system design, architecture, and build.
Experience analysing business priorities, customer needs, industry trends and articulating a technical roadmap for your product area in collaboration with engineering partners
You've led complex technical projects end to end, spanning multiple teams and dependancies, including collaborating with engineering stakeholders, identifying and mitigating risks, and making trade-off decisions to optimise the outcome
Able to translate customer and/or product requirements into technical requirements
Experience building commercial Cloud Services is a big plus
