Role: Technical Recruiters (Sr./Mid Level/Jr.)
Experience: Minimum 2 year in US IT recruitment Services & staffing firm.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for technical recruitment of potential candidates for permanent and contract positions with Tier 1 technology vendors and enterprise clients
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate/client communication and rate negotiations with vendors
• Fast paced, high volume sourcing and recruiting through creating and posting ads on internet and other mediums, utilizing research, telephone cold calling, personal networking, internal/external sourcing, candidate database querying, Internet mining
• Build an active pipeline of potential candidates for current and future needs
• Interact with various departments including Sales, Immigration and US recruiting teams
REQUIREMENTS:
• Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends with US Staffing industry / Domestic Recruitment / Consulting Firm / Contract to Hire Agency with Hands on experience on sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
• Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and inter personal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On-Boarding etc.
• Well Verse with US Tax Terms like W2/10++/C2C
• Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search and Vendors.
• Should have excellent communication, convincing skills, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
• Candidate shall be self-motivated & high on achievement orientation, should have the ability to deliver results and handle pressure.
• Comfortable to work in night shift and must be able to commute by himself.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree
WORK LOCATION: Sector 63, Noida
SHIFT TIME: Night shifts 7:00PM- 4:00AM
