Job Summary:
• Job Title: US IT Recruiter
• Experience: 1yr- 6yrs into US/ IT Staffing
• Timings: 0+:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST (Indian night shift)
• Location: Pune /Bhopal (Hybrid)
Job Responsibilities:
• Hands on experience in end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.
• Sourcing of candidates using Job Portals, Referrals and Vendors in accordance of the Job description.
• Updating the database on regular basis.
• Experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax term (W2, 10++ & Crop to Crop).
• Experience recruiting, H1's, Citizens, GC's, OPT's and EADs consultants.
• Experience using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Good to have experience working on VMS requirement.
• Experience working with Applicant tracking tools.
