Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter
Experience: 3-5 Years
IT Contract Staffing / C2h Experience is must.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Analyze the available talent pipeline and can plan sourcing strategies
• Handle multiple levels of the assessment process
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Carry out end-to-end Recruitment Life Cycle Experience
• Focus on effective networking methods to reach the greatest number of potential candidates through Internet sourcing, direct mailing, LinkedIn, industry leads &
• sources, key contacts, portals, etc.
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand.
You'll be a great fit if:
• Proven work experience of minimum 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition
• Must have IT Staffing experience with proven work experience of Contract to Hire.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Strong understanding of the latest technologies
• Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong process orientation, organization, and follow-up skills
• Good in data management and should be able to take preventive measures to post reviewing data
• Stakeholder Management
• Must have IT Staffing Industry background
• Good with Excel
