• Understanding of clients & their requirements;
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Linkedin, Stack Overflow and Github etc.
• Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement;
• Good verbal & written communication skills;
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates;
• Lateral Recruitment Write and post job descriptions, manage responses and screen candidates on job portals;
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms
