Relevant Experience:
The potential candidate should have at least five years of sales and support experience in the HVAC Infrastructure segment with a focus on the commercial and residential applications of HVAC including hospitality, data centers etc.
He/She should have strong relationships with Consultants, MEP Contractors, End Users (Developers). Understanding of flow metering and/or Chilled water/Chiller applications and/or BMS and integration of third party devices to the BMS and/or Billing software.
Knowledge or experience in the IOT segment shall be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales frontline, interface with Real Estate developers, consultants and MEP Contractors and district cooling Utilities on the Smart Energplus range of HVAC products including flow, water and District Cooling metering and Software solutions
- Technical Support to end users/MEPs and regional distributors for the range of products
- Training the System integrators and distributors, site personnel with O&M procedures, supervising and approving mockup installations
- Closely working with the regional sales team to ensure timely execution as also addressing customer grieviances.
- Generating leads and working closely with the regional distributors in the West and North of India to close business deals.
- Working closely with system integrators to monitor the Sales pipeline and generating forecasts for various products, assisting in project management to ensure satisfied customers. Ensuring Distributors are maintaining adequate stock.
- Working together with distributors, monitoring and evaluating their performance to ensure that they meet their business budget expectations and KPIs
- Creating and servicing Key accounts
- Supporting in marketing activities including but not limited to exhibitions and customer events
