Job Description
Having 6. 5 years of Experience in Office365/M365 Online migrations, Implementations. • Assess and existing environment and Plan & Design, Configuration documents for O365 implementation/development as per the customer standards. • Office 365 licenses (Basic & Add-Ons) implementation as per the customer requirement. • OneDrive provisioning and data sync issues troubleshooting’s. • MS Teams settings and policies implementation. • MS Teams phone system implementation. • Creation of exchange retention tags and policies as per the customer requirement. • Experience on troubleshooting the mailbox issues. • Designing migration plan and approach based on the customer requirement. • Migrate user mailboxes, shared mailboxes and resource Mailboxes from OnPrem to Cloud. • Migrate mailboxes, DLs, MS teams groups, OneDrive, SharePoint cloud tenant to another cloud tenant. • Knowledge on M365 security and compliance (DLP policies, Threat protection, MS defender) • Raising the ticket to Microsoft team regarding exchange hybrid issues and working with them till the issue gets resolved. • Have good experience in OneDrive and SharePoint migration (From Google Drive, Box and File shares) issues and troubleshooting’s. • SMTP Relay services setup/implementation. • Basic knowledge on Active Directory. • Move all the On-Premises Distribution groups, Mail-Contacts, Contacts and Room List) to Office365 or Cloud only. • Basic knowledge on Azure IAAS platform and operations
