The job involves electronic, software, and mechanical tasks.
Handle qualitative calls in a fast-paced environment while maintaining clear and concise ticket notes combined with a presentable tone and delivery techniques in support of our merchant customers.
Demonstrate strong communication skills (written and verbal) exhibited thru the delivery of internal and external email, chat and verbal interactions with clients, colleagues and vendors for effective ticket documentation and timely resolution of our pharmacy customer inquiries and concerns.
Become proficient in the resolution of various types of software, hardware, interface and network inquiries including but not limited to insurance rejections, software/hardware/network settings and functionality questions on POS terminal products, services, APPs and Interfaces.
Execute effective Route-Cause Analysis to resolve Software/Hardware troubleshooting and Network diagnostics and collaborate with team members as required to ensure customer satisfaction and ticket resolution.
Utilize time management skills to address the needs of the client and business workflow, to align with appropriate response time goals for SLA and KPIs.
Proactively engage clients to establish productive and professional dialogue that will address customer inquiries with timely and effective solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Possess self-driven initiative for continues learning and taking on new tasks including maintaining up-to-date knowledge on all product, service, organizational and industry changes.
Participate in periodic team huddles and training with Subject Matter Experts, Team Leads and other team members to learn new products and services to better serve our customers.
Should be able to install, program, maintain all brands of POS.Provide support for software, hardware, and network issues on a variety of advanced multi- workstation, and integrated point-of-sale (IPOS) systems.
Must demonstrate Client how to use our Equipment (on-site training & telephone training)
Assisting merchants with IT related issues.
Perform download files & Installations on Credit Card Terminals, Pin Pads, ATMs
Manage Equipment Inventory, Order Equipment, Send Equipment for Encryption
Performs data backups.
Performs disaster recovery operations.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software or other network issues.
Plans, coordinates and implements network security for hardware and software.
Maintains applications and/or virus protection measures.
Monitors network performance and makes adjustments, corrections and/or changes as necessary.
Works with network users to solve problems or make adjustments and/or improvements.
