What You Will Do
We are now looking for a Technical Writer who will be responsible for Documentation handling and release management activities for the product development unit.
• DITA CMS,
• Adobe XD,
• Oxygen XML editor.
• Simplified Technical English,
• Ericsson Document Standards (Optional, applicable for internal Candidates),
• WoW of Technical writer, Roles and Responsibilities,
• Knowledge on handling TR,
• Agile methodology for delivery and release planning/ tracking
• Knowledge in SDLC/ DDLC
• One Ericsson on understanding how to number the document (Optional)
You will bring
• Experience in Online document creation, Technical Writing
• Understand the Technical / Domain by participating in the Review meetings.
• Convert the technical / domain understanding into document for the user
• Experience in supervising tools like DITA CMS, Adobe XD – Any of them or all of them would be an added advantage.
• Education: Graduate in Computer Science or similar
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 5 to 10 years of demonstrable experience
