• Ensuring the need of the client as specified is worked out.
• Ensuring the client preference is met.
• Giving a technical demonstration to the client.
• Giving the proper reports.
• Ensuring that all future related notes is shared with the office for easy and smooth servicing of the devices in future.
• Coordinating service for support at client location/ Office and providing support to OEM/PS wherever required.
• Maintenance of Level 3 Tools at all times in proper condition and availability
• Ensuring client satisfaction with the technical aspect of work
• All Programming and setting related work for all the solution
• Site Visit for Pre-Sales whenever asked for
• Testing and R&D for goods and solutions
• Networking Switch configuration
• Configuration of Audio devices like Amplifier/Digital Signal Processor
• CCTV Configuration
• WAP or Access point configuration
• Automation (Basic) programming
• Projector installation
