Job Description
We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Technician, Lockbox Management to join our Global Payments and Treasury Service Operations team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamilnadu - HYBRID. (Night Shift Rotational)
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
• This position includes responsibility for all tasks associated with the accurate and timely processing of invoices/transactions as per the individual client instructions.
• The role requires effective decision making, attention to the minutest detail, ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• This position includes strong analytical skills to analyze every invoice/transactions through all possible processing criteria’s.
• This position requires the incumbent to be flexible to work in 24/7 environment and may have to stretch beyond normal working hours to meet deadlines/ complete urgent work etc.
• The role incorporates accurate processing of the invoices/transactions to make sure that no over paying or under paying takes place.
• The role requires prioritization of work according to client expectations.
