Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for clients
Prepare client/production and weekly sales meetings
Assist in identifying opportunities to increase profitable revenue
Ensure the smooth running of audiovisual department activities
Administer weekly billing
Maintain effective communication with Accounts Department and other teams
We're seeking a leader who can provide expertise in operating audio-visual equipment, experience with Hybrid and Virtual events, and excellent customer service skills.
