Role/Job Title: Senior Technology Program Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:
'- Lead projects as a technical subject matter expert, and provide visibility to the EXCO and senior management of the Bank on state of Tech deployment.
- Own end to end program delivery, starting with requirement gathering, till successful hand over to production engineering teams for day to day monitoring.
- Drive the technology transfromation through monitoring and driving critical Tech for Tech projects.
- Manage large, complex and organsiation wide tech projects through effective partnership with senior stakeholders across the Bank.
- Lead and guide program / project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams.
- Assemble and manage program roadmaps, governance, and resources.
- Lead project management best practices and processes in the domain being managed.
- Anticipate and log risks and issues before they happen.
- Support creation and tracking of mitigation plans.
- Guide and drive software development life cycle, test-first-development to test-driven-development.
- Create, build and help drive evolution of teams at different levels of DevOps/CI/CD practice.
- Direct technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and business projects.
- Verify outcomes by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities :
'- Provide technical guidance, coaching/mentoring to team members.
- Provide input to performance management of team members.
Key Success Metrics:
Timely and proper tracking; design and implementation of appropriate metrics
