Job Brief:
we are hiring Senior Telecaller /Telecounsellor
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for tele calling and tele counselling process
• Making outbound telephonic calls to prospective leads generated through different source and counsel them for admissions.
• Handling queries of candidates looking for our courses and providing program information.
• Convincing the students for enrolment & generating walk-ins for courses.
• Supporting counsellors to convert Walk-ins to admissions.
• Provide support to other departments at the centres as and when required.
• Any other tasks/activities as and when assigned by the HOD/ Management
Skills Required:
Experience-1 to 3 years
Qualification-Grdaute with good english communication skills
