Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our marketing team at EnactOn Technologies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a strong ability to handle clients over calls. This role requires working with both global and domestic clients, ensuring effective client engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote our services.
Respond to inbound inquiries from clients and provide detailed information about our offerings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up calls.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Handle client objections and negotiations effectively to close deals.
Maintain an updated database of client interactions and status reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies.
Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve services and marketing approaches.
Achieve set targets and KPIs for client engagement and conversions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in marketing.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
Good knowledge of client handling techniques and strategies.
Ability to work with both global and domestic clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
High level of professionalism and a customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in different time zones as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in a telecalling or telemarketing role is preferred.
Familiarity with the industry and market trends.
