• Handling inbound calls from customers inquiring about products or services

• Generating leads and qualifying them for sales opportunities
• Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, or sales conversions
• Adhering to scripts or call guidelines provided by the company while also being able to engage in natural conversation
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times during calls
• Keeping abreast of product updates, promotions, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
