Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive (Night shift)
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and close sales
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Meeting and exceeding sales targets
Training and mentoring junior telesales staff
Maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
