Roles & Responsibilities:
Good with manual testing concepts [ boundary value, equivalence partition]
Good with API testing concepts [ boundary value, equivalence partition]
Must be Good in verbal and writing communication
Good communication with intra team
Good to have automation testing knowledge[preferred selenium with JAVA
Proficient with Test scenario and test case creation validation
Must have good understanding of V&V understanding and implementation
Test case creation
Mentor Junior resource
Troubleshot issue
Prepare Daily status report and WSR
Good to have Performance testing exposure
Dedicate to mentor team to inhance there skill
Key Success Metrics:
'Key Area for future, SLA, understand the requirement and convert them to scenario and execute them, connect with different stake holder, TAT, Production issues and escalations, L1/2/3 escalation conversions
