About the Role
Abracadabra is hiring a Textile Graphic Designer with a background in textile or fashion design to join our in-house team. This role involves creating original prints, patterns, and surface designs for baby bedding and home textiles, from concept through production.
You will work closely with the product development and production teams to ensure all designs are aesthetically strong, technically accurate, and production-ready .

Responsibilities
Create original textile designs, prints, patterns, repeats, and colourways Research trends, themes, and materials relevant to baby and home textiles Develop artwork suitable for mass production and multiple product categories Prepare detailed design specifications (scale, repeats, colours, files) Coordinate with sampling and production teams to ensure feasibility and quality Review fabric samples, strike-offs, and lab dips; refine designs as needed Collaborate with product, merchandising, and marketing teams Assist with sampling and merchandising-related tasks when required
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in textile/surface/graphic design Strong portfolio showcasing textile prints or pattern-based work Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW Strong eye for color, layout, and detail Good communication and follow-up skills with production teams Ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines

Salary: Flexible, based on experience and skill set Work Mode: On-site only (no hybrid or work-from-home) Working Days: Monday to Saturday
