Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Creative Head role located in Ahmedabad. The Creative Head will provide innovative direction and oversee the creative strategies and execution of designs for the company. The Creative Head will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that capture the ethos and mission of the brand.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Creative Direction and Creative Strategy to lead innovative projects and align them with the brand philosophy.
Ability to lead and inspire a team, with proven Team Management experience.
A keen understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly fashion, with the ability to integrate these principles into creative processes.
Relevant educational background in Design, Fashion, or a related discipline.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience- Minimum 3-4 years working with an independent label/brand.
Technical skills- Well skilled in surface and motif & silhouettes development, keen sense for details, knowledge of Indian textiles and embroidery techniques, distinct colour sensibility, intuitiveness and understanding of trends given the brands context.
Soft skills- Zero tolerance to quality lapses, great interpersonal skills(team worker), aptitude to lead a team of junior designers, Multi Tasker, good communication skills, self motivated and knack to deliver on deadlines. Evolved aesethetics, elevated understanding of a commercially acceptable yet aspirational design language. Passion for imagery and visual communication.
