Job Description:
Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Training Manager with a strong insurance background. You will design, implement, and manage training programs for employees and trainees, ensuring skill development, process excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct training sessions on insurance products, processes, and compliance (Life, Health, or Motor insurance)
• Develop training materials, presentations, and e-learning content
• Identify skill gaps and design programs to enhance employee performance
• Mentor and guide junior trainers and team members
• Ensure all training adheres to regulatory and company guidelines
• Track training effectiveness and report KPIs to management
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory; MBA in HR/Insurance preferred
• 6+ years of training experience in the insurance sector (mandatory)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, processes, and compliance
• Ability to develop both classroom and digital training programs
Preferred:
• Experience in Life, Health, or Motor insurance verticals
• Familiarity with LMS and digital training tools
