Job Description
Oracle’s Bank Account Management: At the direction of the manager of Global Cash Management, facilitate the opening of new and closure of existing bank accounts for Oracle where requested.
- Bank account signatory updates: Update, maintain and complete maintenance requirements for bank account signatories worldwide. This process is also applicable to M&A bank accounts.
- Banking Management/KYC (Know your customer): Banks usually reach out to Oracle Treasury team with their queries regarding transactions and related activities. Banks also frequently reach out to Oracle Treasury to facilitate KYC documentation and to refresh/attest existing documentation. Process involves facilitating the request and processing the documentation.
- Bank Guarantee Issuance, maintenance, SEC Reporting, and Invoicing: Once a guarantee request has been raised by a line of business, facilitate the issuance of the guarantee with our pre-determined banking partners
- Primary Systems Administration: Serve as the LATAM banks administrator
- System Administration: Serve as the backup systems admin for BNP, JPM, Citi, HSBC, Wells
- Audit support: Support Quarterly Audit for all the users
- Assist the Treasury VP, directors, and managers in Treasury related adhoc operational items, priorities, and projects as may be assigned.
- Guide new hires, answer general business question, and propose business improvement recommendations in Treasury processes to Treasury management team
