Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing external stakeholders, including rating agencies, bankers, and debenture holders.
The role involves:
• Executing pre-disbursement and post-disbursement documents
• Servicing debt in a timely manner
• Rating surveillance and monitoring
• Managing relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders, such as the Legal and Compliance department
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish new relationships with PSU and Private Banks
• Prepare loan applications and coordinate with banks for debt raising
• Assist in getting credit ratings done from multiple rating agencies
• Monitor post-disbursement compliances and ensure timely submissions of RBI Returns
• Manage liability dashboard for timely servicing of debt
Requirements:
• Postgraduate in Finance or CA qualification
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in fund raising from banks and financial institutions
• Strong skills in negotiating, relationship building, problem solving, and timely problem escalation
