PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Trim Technician is required for DAG MBEAM 520 program
If Technician is not available at the right time it would delay the development process.
Require Engineer on board ASAP by Mid of May23
Job Description
(Indicative list of responsibilities. It should capture only key deliverables & responsibilities of the role)
Trim Technician / Developer would able to independently do following activities,
• Understanding of Trim & B- parts.
• Cut & Sew development.
• Hands on Pattern development
• Marker and Pattern Digitization using Lectra / Gerber.
• Support Prototype, SOP & different project build activities
• Root Cause analysis to solve Trim Craftsmanship issues
Knowledge of Digital development / Master Trims, CAD would be added advantage
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Educational Qualification
• BSC / ITI / Diploma / Fashion Designing
Work Experience
• 8-10 Years
STAKEHOLDERS
Internal
(Mention the key interactions along with purpose within the organisation)
• Product Engineer SF Team Lead, Plant Quality & JIT team Lead.
Trim Technician must closely work with above Engineers and provide support during different stages of program
External
(Mention the key interactions along with the purpose outside the organisation)
• Customer.
Trim Technician would also be closely interacting with Customer Quality team to mitigate Trim quality issues
