To support our growth, we are seeking motivated and skilled Senior Tyre Fitters and Tyre Fitters to join our dealership group in a fast-paced business environment.
About the Role
You will assist with the day-to-day operations of our tyre business, including:
Removing and replacing tyres
Diagnosing tyre damage and wear
Identifying wheel balance problems and balancing wheels
Performing puncture repairs in line with industry standards
Delivering a high standard of customer service in a professional environment
Supporting team members as required
Requirements
Senior Tyre Fitter
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tyre fitting
Superior time management skills with a commitment to meeting objectives
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Passion for the automotive industry and dedication to team success
Tyre Fitter
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in tyre fitting
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
