About Truelancer:
Truelancer Enterprise gig work platform where we take up on-the-ground or digital recurring work from enterprises and get it done through a million gig workers across 200+ cities in India. Our objective is to simplify the execution of different complex processes involving managing teams of multiple people at different hierarchical levels and enable millions of Gig workers to perform their task efficiently.

Requirements
• 7-10 years of proven experience as a UI Designer/Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing design and development skills
• Expertise in ReactJS 18, Redux, context APIs, hooks, and other modern front-end technologies
• Knowledge of Nginx, Webpack, and deployment on PCF and S3
• Experience with Java Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On, session management, and token handling
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and industry best practices
• Experience with performance optimization in UI applications and a keen eye for design and user experience
• Proficiency in testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Selenium and Cypress
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Responsibilities
• Actively participate in UI/UX design discussions and collaborate with solution designers to create low-level designs that adhere to DRY pattern and clean code principles
• Develop and maintain micro-frontend applications using ReactJS 18, context APIs, hooks, Redux, and other modern front-end technologies
• Ensure responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and optimal performance of applications across various platforms and devices
• Configure and optimize applications using Webpack, and deploy static builds to S3 buckets
• Orchestrate endpoints via NGINX containers deployed in PCF, and interact with Java Spring Boot microservices also deployed on PCF
• Implement Single Sign-On (SSO) security patterns, manage sessions, and handle JWT or session token refresh
• Stay up-to-date with new trends in UI development, UX, and accessibility standards, and advocate for the adoption of relevant best practices within the team
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for the developed features and components
• Mentor and support junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
• Write and maintain unit tests using Jest and React Testing Library, as well as system tests using Selenium
• Explore and implement end-to-end automation test frameworks like Cypress
• Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and developers to gather requirements, review design documents, and create wireframe
