Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UX / UI Designer to help us in creating awesome designs for digital technologies. He/She should be able to create user interface applications with pixel perfect look and feel designs as per the existing design systems and should be able to create new design system for our upcoming projects. Should have good knowledge on research and analysis and able to have new approaches and solutions to the end users.
Responsibilities:
• Research on new solutions and offerings;
• Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team;
• Balancing multiple design tasks at a time;
• Work alongside engineers to ensure desired outcomes are achieved;
• Collaborate with engineers to iterate on the design and implementation of product build outs;
• Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas to push the evolution the application;
• Contribute to high-level strategic decisions and participate in ad-hoc whiteboarding sessions;
• Optimize and enhance any inefficiencies from a UI/UX perspective;
• Work with key stakeholders to determine the proper content management;
• Determining the structure and design of the application;
• Ability to work cross functionally with Marketing, and various teams;
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout the design.
Key Qualifications & Skill Set:
· 4+ years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design ,Solid understanding of designing intuitive site functionality, interaction, site architecture, user interfaces, and navigation;
· Deep understanding of consumer based technology products and experiences;
· Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for multiple devices;
· Great communication skills
· Strong conceptual thinking
· A deep portfolio of work covering web and mobile UI/UX
· Takes criticism very well
· Great problem-solving skills
· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
· Experience with graphic design applications (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD)
· Knowledge of UX best practices and trends
· Strong background and experience with wire framing , Prototyping
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
BTech or relevant educational field required
