As we scale our design-tech capabilities, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who is design-first, AI-aware, and detail-obsessed.
What We're Looking For
We need a visually sharp designer who understands interfaces not just as screens, but as brand touchpoints. You might come from a visual design or illustration background, but your ability to design pixel-perfect layouts, integrate smart interactions, and work with modern tools (including AI) is what will set you apart.
Responsibilities
• Create visually rich, highly functional UI designs across web, mobile, and product platforms.
• Use tools like Figma, Illustrator, and AI-enhanced design platforms (e.g. Galileo AI, Uizard, etc.) to accelerate visual output.
• Build micro-interactions, hover states, transitions, and smart animations that enhance UX.
• Maintain modern design systems, components, and scalable libraries.
• Collaborate with tech, motion, and strategy teams to execute AI-powered design experiences.
• Participate in product brainstorms, interface thinking, and feature design from scratch.
• Stay updated with the latest in UI/UX trends, AI integrations, and interaction design.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX or visual product design.
• A portfolio that showcases interface work with visual finesse, brand integration, and smart detailing.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, and knowledge of AI-enhanced design tools.
• Understanding of front-end-friendly UI systems, responsive behavior, and basic design logic.
• Familiarity with micro-interactions, motion handoffs, and dynamic design thinking.
• Ability to turn rough ideas into polished, developer-ready design files.
• Proactive and quick—someone who thrives in feedback loops and fast-moving environments.
Bonus If You Have
• Experience working with motion teams or using After Effects/Lottie for UI motion.
• Familiarity with design for AI-powered dashboards, SaaS platforms, or D2C brands.
• Experience with tools like Framer, Protopie, Spline, or any code-assistive design tech.
