About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior UI/UX Developer to lead the design and development of user-centered digital experiences across our products and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and elegant interfaces, translating user requirements into interactive applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications from concept to execution.
• Conduct user research, interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and behaviors.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend developers to ensure seamless implementation and optimal user experience.
• Advocate for best practices in usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and developers and contribute to design reviews and feedback sessions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and front-end development skills.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with animation libraries, design systems, or CMS platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of UX writing, microcopy, and content design.
• Familiarity with user analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics, Optimizely).
• Understanding of backend development fundamentals is a plus.
