Metronome was started with a vision to combine 2 passions of ours- Gaming and Investing space. If you take a glance at games related to Investing; one could easily deduce that some of them were informative but were not stimulating or fun to play with and some of them were enjoyable but did not reflect how the real investing process takes place, henceforth a seed was planted to make an immersive experience for gamers and finance enthusiasts alike which is fun to play but realistic at the same time and can serve as a learning experience for them as well. At Metronome, we aspire to do so through an interactive and stimulating Investment and Wealth Generation simulator experience with our product which is a Board Game styled mobile gaming application.
Tech Lead (CTC: 8 – 12 LPA, Negotiable) Location : Hybrid (Jaipur)
Job Description-
• Take the initiative in technological thought leadership, innovation and creativity
• Excel in mobile end to end engineering, providing technical expertise throughout all phases including collaboration with Apple app store and Google play store.
• Evaluate and implement new systems, infrastructure and API integrations
• Fixing bugs and performance problems
• Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture
• Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
• Responsible for creating and executing a roadmap that aligns with the game and the company vision and driving your team to realize this roadmap.
• Passionately articulate the core experience and vision for your features ensure alignment within your team and help create a fun, engaging, and stimulating work environment.
• Identify, analyze and write problems with program function, output, online screen and content.
Qualification-
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, MBA is a plus; although we would love to hear from candidates with unconventional backgrounds and diverse interests.
• Extensive knowledge about mobile app development. This includes the whole process, from the first line of code to publishing in the store
• Someone who keeps up with macro and micro trends across sectors and is able to think like a technologist and futurist to add to the strategic direction. Knowledge of technologies like AI, Block chain and Machine learning is a definite plus along with passion for media and content
• 3+ years of experience with Blender, Unity, C#, PUN, Photon, Python, Playfab, Javascript, CSS & HTML.
• Extensive knowledge of gaming industry, along with 3+ years of experience in developing software using Agile/ Scrum methodology.
• Proficient with APIs and service-oriented structures
