THE OPPORTUNITY

Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Unity game development, with a focus on mobile platforms (Android and iOS).
• Strong understanding of multiplayer game development, including networking, matchmaking, and related technologies.
• Proficient in C programming and Unity scripting, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience working with Google or AWS Cloud Technologies
• Experience with optimizing and debugging Unity applications for performance and stability.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and departments.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a passion for creating innovative and engaging game experiences.

As a Senior Unity Game Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development of their latest multiplayer mobile game for Android and iOS platforms. You will be responsible for driving the development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a high-quality, engaging user experience.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable Unity game code for the mobile app, targeting both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate closely with designers, artists, and other developers to create, implement, and optimize game features, mechanics, and user interfaces.
• Develop multiplayer game features, including networking and matchmaking, to create engaging and dynamic online experiences.
• Debug and optimize game performance to ensure the highest possible quality and performance on various devices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to contribute to the ongoing evolution of their development processes and methodologies.
