Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Senior Urban Designer. The Senior Urban Designer will be responsible for a range of tasks including Managing Client, Project, Stakeholder interaction, Project Design and development, and coordination with other disciplines/consultants. They will interact with clients to understand their requirements, manage project timelines, and collaborate with other professionals within the organization to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
QualificationsMaster's/bachelor's degree in architecture, Urban Design or related field with minimum 5-7 years of industry experience.Strong knowledge and expertise in architectural/urban design and project managementExperience in Tourism based Urban Design Project would be plus.Experience in preparation of Tender document, drawings and construction drawingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to lead a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clientsExperience leading and managing multiple projects at onceExperience with sustainability and Green certification (LEED, IGBC or GRIHA) is a plusProficiency with software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and RevitWilling to travel to project locations for meetings.
