The User Experience Design Lead will play a critical role in shaping the customer experience across our portfolio of products. This includes developing core healthcare experiences, establishing benchmark KPIs, leading the team to pivot when needed, and being the expert on practice management system design and project execution.
Competencies for Success
8+ years of SaaS User Interface/Experience Design leadership preferably in the healthcare management industry.
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer in an agile software development environment.
A track record of increasing levels of innovative success highlighted by elegant, impactful designs.
Data-informed decision making, comfortable with product analytics, reasoning, and rhetoric.
