Senior Content Designer
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring a Senior Content Designer for its in-house design team.
Experience: 4+ years
Platforms: Mobile and Web
Location: Mumbai (Goregaon(E)/Thane/Remote), Bengaluru (MG Road/Remote), Anywhere else (Remote only)
Skills Required:
Mandatory: Content Writing, UX Writing, User Experience design (UX)
Additional Skills (optional): Business analysis, UX research
More Details:
The role will involve creating and iterating digital products along with designers and product teams. The design team is clearly positioned as the voice of the customers.
The role will require you to:
1) Create content for digital products: apps, website, blogs etc.
2) Write concise content for app/web interfaces.
3) Write elaborate content for blogs and articles.
4) Work with designers to create user flows and communications. Make complementary blends of visual and text elements that optimise design intent.
5) Be skilled in condensing complex financial concepts into easy to understand nuggets.
6) Have fair skills in UX design and principles, with working knowledge of design tools like Adobe XD.

Important notes:
1) You will need to have adequate UX knowledge (including ability to make wireframes) in order to have meaningful conversations with designers and achieve the design intent.
