Role Description:
This is a full-time, fully remote role for a Senior User Experience Designer based in Terrebonne, QC. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into our document automation product experiences. You will create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs. You will use your creativity and eye for design, along with your technical knowledge, to develop great experiences. You'll work closely with the product and development teams to deliver UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products. The Senior User Experience Designer will be responsible for applying design thinking methodologies to tackle complex problems, conducting user research to understand user needs, creating visual designs, enhancing user experiences, and developing prototypes to validate design concepts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision is implemented effectively.
Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) design skills
Proficiency in Wireframing and Prototyping
Proficiency in User Research methodologies to gather insights
Visual Design and Aesthetic skills
Proficiency in Interaction Design
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
