This role will focus on leading product strategy innovation and development, and overall enhancement of the travel program
This role will also lead the Luxury and Hotel Collection by building and maintaining strong partnerships with top tier hotel brands while delivering incremental value to customers
Design and deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience for Citi Travel clients
Evaluate the potential to leverage and implement our travel eco system with other strategic partners
Evolve the Citi Travel product roadmap to exceed customer expectations, build new revenue streams, increase share of market and obtain competitive positioning
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
Actively drive year over year growth, including, but not limited to, increasing customer transactions, customer visits and overall engagement
Define and execute the strategic vision for Citi Travel’s Luxury and Hotel Collection, aligning with overall business objectives and customer expectations

Citi TravelSM provides customers with the ability to earn and redeem ThankYou® points by booking flights, hotels, car rentals and attractions. Citi Travel is part of the ThankYou Rewards program and serves as a key part of the overall rewards strategy. This role will focus on leading product strategy innovation and development, and overall enhancement of the travel program. This role will also lead the Luxury and Hotel Collection by building and maintaining strong partnerships with top tier hotel brands while delivering incremental value to customers.
This role will be responsible for the following:
• Design and deliver a seamless and rewarding customer experience for Citi Travel clients.
• Evaluate the potential to leverage and implement our travel eco system with other strategic partners.
• Evolve the Citi Travel product roadmap to exceed customer expectations, build new revenue streams, increase share of market and obtain competitive positioning.
