Job description
• Acquire new to bank SME customers by providing corporate banking solutions while maintaining high service standards.
• Candidate should handle high value Current Account, Trade and Forex.
• Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank.
• Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities and increase customer stickiness by offering corporate banking products like Tax payment, Internet Banking, trade products, CMS etc.
• Deepen the existing relationships by providing them Corporate solutions like Trade and Forex, CMS and SME Loans.
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
• Acquire new customers by converting referral leads.
• Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Service Team to resolve any issue raised by the client.
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the INM WPB team
Principal Responsibilities:
• The role of a Top Tier Investment Counsellor (IC-Portfolio Advisory Service) is of an Advisor & Product Expert (PE) managing investment portfolios under Portfolio Advisory Service (PAS). Incumbent is required to provide financial analysis and investment recommendations primarily to customers with Total Relationship Balance of greater than USD 5M with HSBC
• Incumbent will be handling Investment Portfolios of UHNI’s- Individuals, Family offices, Investment Trusts/PICs etc
• Strengthen HSBC’s image as a leading wealth provider by providing clients with access to advanced technical product expertise
• Works to gain more clients’ confidence and trust in HSBC capabilities and increase the effectiveness and quality of needs fulfilled for target clients in need
• Aims at deepening and growing client relationships through identifying and uncovering client's needs, identifying relevant wealth solution and technical analysis, and presenting and explaining solution(s) to client
• Conduct portfolio reviews to assess product suitability and update on market changes having impact on products held by clients
• Regularly meeting clients and provide advice, input based on technical knowledge
• Ring-fencing of Top Tier customers with sound and relevant information/product advisory
• End to end ownership of the assigned patch and run strategic objectives like AUM Growth, Net Sales consistency, productivity, Unique Client Transactions, increase in client coverage, run Financial Wellness sessions, new product campaigns aligned to region’s key performance objectives
• IC to manage portfolios of 30-35 UHNI customers and engage with them to provide advice based on sound investment expertise.
Requirements
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in a Bank or Asset Management Companies
• MBA from a reputed institute preferred, Post Graduate Degree (preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Finance) or professional qualifications like CA is preferred
• Complete necessary regulatory certifications for Investment Advisor: namely NISM- XA & NISM-XB.
• Additional qualifications like CFA, FRM are preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability in productivity enhancement
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with HSBC Values
• Expertise in bank’s systems and processes
• Skills in sales, financial planning, and communication.
• Sound problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of bank and operating platforms.
• Industry and sector knowledge.
• Knowledge of sales and service techniques and models.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Coaching techniques on a team or one to one basis
• Planning and organising skills

• The GCB 4 or GCB 5 will be offered depending on the selected candidate's skill and relevant experience
