Operations Manager for Mumbai Branch is a critical role to oversee the client delivery, regulatory requirements and Auditors and collaborate with Technology for innovation initiatives. Key business partners include Heads of GTS sales and Product, Senior Corporate Bankers and Wholesale Credit, Country Compliance and Audit.
The profile is an advocate and coordinator of the end-to-end business process and is responsible for the execution of Trade and payment activities for Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Banking clients. The functions managed have a high monetary exposure and risk involving the processing of large dollar volume and the candidate must adhere to complex regulatory restrictions across the country. Proven experience in leadership, decision making, coaching, and workflow management is essential to the role.
The role requires management of a large diverse Team.
