- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain operating standards and achieve organizational objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to operational teams, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the overall profitability of payer operations through strategic utilization and deployment of available resources.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
