We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join the [Customer Propositions] team.
Principal Responsibilities
• The incumbent will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Premier proposition for HSBC India. Additionally, the role holder will be responsible for contributing to the Global Private Banking proposition for its launch in H1 ’23.
• The target customer group includes HNW, C-Suite and Mass Affluent customers and International customers comprising International Executives, Mariners, & OI customers based overseas across key corridors.
• The role holder will be responsible for all aspects of the Premier proposition, and will drive the ongoing development, enhancement and implementation of a compelling customer proposition that supports the WPB business strategy across the HNW and Mass Affluent target groups.
• The role holder is required to support & manage initiatives that contribute to the proposition achieving optimal returns, whilst representing the customer voice at the heart of the proposition, utilizing external benchmarking and customer insights and research.
• Focus on top customer journeys to ensure that the proposition is relevant and addresses the highest impact areas from a customer experience perspective
• Work closely with Analytics, Finance, and Product teams, to build a compelling customer life cycle management framework that drives early digital adoption, cross-sell, product activation with an aim to set customers on the path to use HSBC as the primary institution for their banking needs.
• Work closely with Marketing to develop sales enablers like pitchbooks, brochures, elevator pitches for frontline teams to aid them in new customer acquisition and cross-sell initiative
• Adopt a data and customer insights led approach to create a world class experience for the target group tracked through NPS for the segment
• Ensuring that all aspects of the propositions comply with local regulations, HSBC group policies and internal procedures.
Requirements
Minimum Graduation or as required for the role, whichever is higher
• The job holder should possess experience in leading high performance teams preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing and implementing propositions for one or more of the following segments - HNW/Mass Affluent / NR.
• This is a team role that requires strong leadership, strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences. Strong presentation skills required.
• Ability to think out of the box and be confident to influence and engage people across all levels and teams
• Ability to interpret diverse management information and use effectively to tell a customer focused story
• Skills of building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and ability to work in cross-functional teams
