Shift timings : 4.30am to 1.30 pm (pick up cabs provided within Delhi )
Every Saturday half day

• Description*
This is a full-time, role as Team Leader – Sales (Outbound Campaign | BPO) located in Kirti Nagar, Delhi .The Team Leader will oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Job Role :*
Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and training, analyzing sales metrics, and reporting on performance. The Team Leader will also be involved in strategic planning to enhance team efficiency and sales performance.

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary SVP – Transformation to lead enterprise-wide strategic and operational transformation initiatives across our Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations Globally.
In this pivotal role, you will drive modernization across processes, platforms, data capabilities, and AI adoption—working closely with stakeholders across Underwriting, Claims, Technology, Compliance, and more. You will build and lead the Transformation Office, deliver on a multi-year roadmap, and embed a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement across global teams.
Key Responsibilities:🔧 Transformation Office Leadership
• Lead the Global Transformation & Process Excellence (PEX) Office.
• Drive execution of strategic transformation programs, including CI, AI, Automation, and Data initiatives.
• Establish strong governance, performance tracking, and delivery accountability.
🧭 Transformation Strategy & Execution
• Design and lead a multi-year transformation roadmap aligned with regional business and regulatory priorities.
• Deliver large-scale, cross-functional change across underwriting, claims, and customer experience functions.
• Cultivate a culture of operational discipline and cross-functional collaboration.
📈 Process Excellence & Operational Control
• Implement Lean/Six Sigma frameworks and develop KPIs for predictive performance and risk management.
• Oversee remediation of "operational red accounts" and restore service levels and client satisfaction.
• Promote transparency through structured governance and reporting.
⚙️ Platform & Tools Modernization
• Oversee deployment of platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Salesforce across regions.
• Partner with Solutions & Delivery teams to ensure successful integration and adoption.
• Lead automation efforts (RPA, digital self-service, workflow orchestration).
📊 Data & Analytics Enablement
• Define and execute a unified data strategy to support pricing, fraud detection, and customer insights.
• Drive enterprise data platform development and predictive analytics capabilities.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with regulatory requirements in each region.
🤖 AI Transformation
• Identify and scale AI use cases (e.g., intelligent underwriting, claims triage, virtual assistants).
• Work with data science and IT to operationalize AI across business units.
• Ensure responsible AI practices—focusing on transparency, fairness, and compliance.
🤝 Stakeholder Engagement & Governance
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams: Underwriting, Claims, Compliance, Technology, Delivery, and Solutions.
• Establish governance structures, steering committees, and executive communication frameworks.
• Align global and regional stakeholders to transformation goals and milestones.
What You Bring:
• 22+ years of leadership experience in transformation, strategy, or operations within the Insurance industry (P&C preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-regional transformation programs in IT/ITES or BPO environments.
• Deep domain knowledge in P&C insurance operations and regulatory environments (North America, UK, Australia).
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and insurance-specific data models.
• Exceptional leadership, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Certifications:
• Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black/Master Black Belt)
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum
• Insurance-specific credentials (e.g., AINS, CIP)
