Position Summary
We're hiring a full-time Video Editor to create cinematic, story-driven content for trial attorneys across the United States. You'll work with A-roll and B-roll footage, often shot with two camera angles, to produce compelling brand videos, attorney bios, and educational video content. This role requires independent execution, fast turnaround, and an eye for detail. If you're someone who loves editing and has no interest in being a videographer, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Edit professional 2–4 minute website brand and educational videos using A-roll/B-roll footage
Organize raw footage, sync multi-camera audio, and build timelines in Adobe Premiere
Follow an editing storyline provided by management
Craft compelling narratives from long-form footage, applying smart cuts and transitions
Perform color correction and sound balancing
Hit tight project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality
Deliver edits without needing constant oversight or micromanagement
Qualifications:
6+ years of video editing experience (agency experience preferred)
Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
Comfortable editing multi-camera setups and building stories from raw interviews
Proficient in file organization, project setup, and editing independently
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Strong storytelling instincts and ability to identify usable content fast
Great communicator and reliable team collaborator
Nice to Haves:
Adobe After Effects experience (for basic lower thirds, intros, etc.)
Adobe Photoshop skills
Experience editing professional content in the legal, corporate, or professional services space
Professional Development
Demonstrate an interest in continued learning and development, specifically in the areas of leadership, AI, and digital marketing
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to better support executive operations
