Designation : Senior Video Editor & Creative Lead (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location : Mulund, Mumbai
Salary range upto 35,000 to 40,000 in hand per month
Timings: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, fast, and experienced Video Editor who has worked with top creators, founders, or personal brands someone who truly understands storytelling, retention, and real-time execution.If you’re fluent in editing, obsessed with speed, and love experimenting with AI tools this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit 3 high-quality videos daily podcast clips, AI avatar videos, trailers, and personal brand content.
Manage a team of freelancers to ensure 10–12 video deliveries per day.
Handle content pipelines for 10–15 personal brands simultaneously.
Work hands-on with AI-based video tools like HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Curious AI Video Editor.
Maintain creative quality, storytelling depth, and retention-first execution.
Collaborate closely with founders and creators to bring ideas to life visually.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
At least 1 year of experience working at a video editing or creator agency.
Proven experience in scaling creator, founder, or personal brands.
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI video tools.
Strong understanding of sound design, storytelling, and content pacing.
Hands-on experience with HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and Curious AI Video Editor.
Experience working with top creators or founders is a major advantage.
